Purchase Policy

We offer three convenient payment methods for our customers:

Method 1: Cash Payment at Our Store

  • Customers can pay directly at our physical store location.

Method 2: Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Customers can inspect the goods at home and pay cash to the delivery staff upon receipt.

Method 3: Bank Transfer in Advance

  • Customers transfer payment before delivery. We will process and ship the order according to the agreement or contract.

  • Note: Please clearly indicate your full name and the product in the transfer description. After payment, we will confirm and proceed with delivery. If delivery is not made or we fail to respond within the agreed timeframe, customers may file a complaint directly at our office and request compensation if the delay impacts their business.

For bulk purchases for business or wholesale purposes, please contact us directly to discuss special pricing and payment according to contract. We are committed to transparent, legal business practices and providing quality, authentic products.

Complaint Handling Policy

  • We accept all customer complaints regarding the use of our services.

  • For warranty cases, customers can contact us to complete the warranty procedures.

  • Complaint resolution will be handled within 3 business days from the receipt of the complaint. In force majeure situations, both parties will negotiate directly.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after receiving order information. Customers will be informed about payment and delivery.

  • Delivery usually takes 3–5 days from order confirmation, or as agreed with the customer.

  • Delivery may be delayed in unavoidable situations such as:

    • Unable to contact customer by phone.

    • Incorrect or hard-to-find shipping address.

    • Sudden surge in orders causing processing delays.

    • Delays from suppliers or shipping partners.

  • Shipping fees depend on third-party delivery service rates based on order location and weight. Customers will be notified of the exact fee during order confirmation.

  • For bulk or wholesale orders from provinces, shipping will be arranged through third-party delivery services or according to a mutually agreed contract.
